    EasyVista

    • Analyzing and formalizing user needs to identify friction points in agent, administrator and end-user journeys.
    • Creating wireframes, high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma for B2B SaaS interfaces.
    • Contributing to the design system: Figma components, styles, usage guidelines, visual consistency, accessibility.
    • Preparing handoff to developers: clean mockups, detailed behaviors, functional specifications, implementation follow-up.
    • Taking part in user testing, UX/UI acceptance reviews and responsive rendering checks.
    • Collaborating with Product Owners, developers and business teams.
    • Contributed improvements to 24 design system components.
    • Followed 6 features through to development.
